  1. REGISTRATION AND RESERVATION

When registering at the residence the payments are as follows:

– A deposit of:

  • + / – 30% of the total rental price and services contracted in advance.

The client is responsible for his travel insurance, we recommend that he take out one.

It is mandatory to make the total payment of the rent and the contracted services at least 4 weeks before your arrival or you can pay the day of your arrival in cash (checks, credit cards or other similar means of payment are not accepted)

Upon receipt of your payment you will receive a confirmation (usually via email)

 

  1. PRICES

Accommodation

Our prices include all taxes, except the tourist tax,which must be paid upon arrival, as well as additional expenses for your pet or travel insurance.

It is pointed out that the reservation of a certain number of people indicates that it cannot be occupied by more of them. Our balconies, terraces and gardens are not all equipped with tables and chairs.

Optional services

Our accommodation prices and optional services are displayed on our website or in the catalogue.

 

  1. MODIFICATION / CANCELLATION OF STAY BY THE CLIENT

Change

1 – Accommodation

If you want to change your period of stay we will do our best while the accommodation is available. If the amount of the new reservation (optional services not included) is less than the one already made, we reserve the right to charge a supplement of € 40.

2 – Optional services

If you want to hire additional services that you have not previously contracted, and these have a lower amount than the contracted, we reserve the right to charge a supplement of € 20.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made in writing, the date of receipt of your cancellation is considered the date of cancellation.

1 – Accommodation

A – stays in our vacation rentals

Basically, the deposit paid will be retained in case of cancellation, so we recommend once again taking out travel insurance.

Barred.:

  • In case of cancellation up to and including 90 days before the arrival date, 25% of the total rental will be charged
  • In case of cancellation between 89. and 60. day including the arrival date, 50% of the total rent will be charged
  • In case of cancellation between 59. and 30. The day before the arrival date, 75% of the total rent will be shit
  • For cancellations less than 29 days before the arrival date you will be charged the full amount of the rental.

Failure to show up at the meeting place

Failure to show up will result in the full amount of the rent.

2– Optional services

The amount of the optional services previously contracted is not refunded, if they are not carried out, except those caused by force majeure such as accidents or illness, and must be notified in writing

 

  1. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

If, despite a warning letter, the total amount of the remaining invoice cannot be paid directly on arrival in cash, we cannot give you the key to your stay.

The keys are handed over according to the lease. Depending on the season it may vary.

The keys must be handed over before 10.00 on the day of departure.

If you can not arrive on time to your delivery of keys, please notify us in advance in order to make a new appointment for such delivery.

 

  1. SECURITY DEPOSIT

On the day of your arrival you must deliver a deposit of € 300 – € 400 (as indicated in the lease). This deposit will be refunded upon departure, after inspection and approval by our staff. Any damage caused may be compensated with this deposit.

 

  1. ANIMALS

It is mandatory to present the rabies vaccination certificate. Pets represent an additional expense already specified on our website. Dogs are not allowed in common areas or swimming pools.

 

  1. HOUSE RULES

To facilitate your day to day, in your home you will find a recommendation sheet. We recommend that you follow these rules for your safety. (Before you leave, make sure all doors and windows are closed)

  1. ABROAD

For trips abroad you must verify the validity of your ID or passport and your insurance. Find out about the laws in force in the country you are going to visit.

 

  1. CANCELLATION OF THE STAY

If you decide to cancel your holiday you will not be refunded the amount paid.

 

  1. Changes to the offer

Depending on the circumstances (due to force majeure) we may be forced to close the home or part of it such as the pool or the common area.

 

  1. CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Our team is available to solve any problem related to your stay. You can call us for any questions, suggestions or complaints.

 

  1. TERMS

By renting a home with us, you automatically accept our terms and conditions. On our website we publish descriptions and photos of the houses. These photos are only indicative and may vary the decoration or distribution of it. For more information please contact our rental department. We will try to meet your expectations about the orientation or situation of the home, but we cannot guarantee it 100%. The sports or leisure offers are communicated to us through the tourist office, we are not responsible for the cancellation, change or alterations of said activities. When you book, make sure that the information that appears on the website has not undergone any alteration.

We are not responsible for works or noise caused by individuals.

 

  1. LIABILITY

Please note that hotel liability laws do not apply. Consequently, we are not responsible in case of theft, loss or damage to the personal property of the guests. Nor of holiday accommodation, parking, common areas or others such as bicycles, storage rooms etc.

Our general terms and conditions comply with the provisions of the Regulations of the Spanish Tourism Authority
